The routine has 2 pyramids in it as one goes down the other one goes up. This is done with 6 count burpees but can be done with almost any exercise. Do 20 reps, rest 30 seconds then do 1 rep, rest 30 seconds do 19 reps, rest 30 seconds and do 2 reps. Follow the numbers until you end with 20.
