"JULY CHALLENGE - DAY 18"

Beginner- 100 burpees (25 - 35)pull-ups)
Intermediate- 300 burpees (50-75 pull-ups)
Advanced- 500 burpees (100- 125 pull-ups)
Elite- 700 burpees (150-200 pull-ups)

* 6 count burpees (count out loud)
* Monday - Wednesday- Friday are pull-ups days. It can be a separate workout or done before/after your burpees
* Tuesday- Thursday- Saturday is 30 min max distance run
* No sugar or alcohol
