RECOVY ROUTINE:

Recovery is essential in order for you to sustain performance. This is a quick recovery workout that can be used in the evening before your next training day.

It does require a massage gun and a foam roller, these tools will drastically improve your blood flow which will increase your recovery.

The key is to never stretch cold so you must massage gun/foam roll the muscle before you go into the static stretch. These tools will increase circulation, giving you the best results possible. If you don’t have access to these recovery tools, you can jog for 10 min before going into the static stretches.
