2. Bade Line- 100 burpees with knee chasers
3. Workout :
✳️2 rounds: 20 jumping jacks , 20 lunges each leg, 25 2 pumps
✳️2 rounds: 20 jumping jacks , 25 kettlebell swings , 25 3 pumps
✳️2 rounds : 20 jumping jacks , 25 leg raises, 25 navy seals
✳️ 2 rounds: 20 jumping jacks , 25 4ct flutter kicks , 25 4 pumps
