HThis is a hardcore military style pyramid which grows on you as you ascend it. You will go up to 16 and then return back to 2.

2 6-count burpees, 2 dips, 2 4-count mountain climbers, 2 lunges (each leg), 4 kettlebell swings

4 6-count burpees, 4 dips, 4 4-count mountain climbers, 4 lunges (each leg), 8 kettlebell swings

6 6-count burpees, 6 dips, 6 4-count mountain climbers, 6 lunges (each leg), 12 kettlebell swings

8 6-count burpees, 8 dips, 8 4-count mountain climbers, 8 lunges (each leg), 16 kettlebell swings

10 6-count burpees, 10 dips, 10 4-count mountain climbers, 10 lunges (each leg), 20 kettlebell swings

12 6-count burpees, 12 dips, 12 4-count mountain climbers, 12 lunges (each leg), 24 kettlebell swings

14 6-count burpees, 14 dips, 14 4-count mountain climbers, 14 lunges (each leg), 28 kettlebell swings

16 6-count burpees, 16 dips, 16 4-count mountain climbers, 16 lunges (each leg), 32 kettlebell swings

*after you finish 16, you will go down in reverse order until you reach 2.
