Effective Ladder training , when done with a weight vest its an extremely efficient workout, without a weight vest its a good warm up.
I used this as a finisher after my main weight vest workout today.
Example : 1,2,3,4,5,6….10
6 count burpees and squats
1-10=55 Reps
1-8=36 Reps
1-6=21 Reps
1-4=10 Reps
1-2=3 Reps
Total: 125 burpees , 125 squats
