Iron 5 pump/dip Dueling Pyramid

10 5 pumps, 1 dip, 9 5 pumps, 2 dips, 8 5 pumps, 3 dips, 7 5 pumps, 4 dips….. 1 5 pump burpee, 10 dips

*10 heavy kettlebell swings between each set, I used a 80lb bell. If you don’t have anything heavy then do 15 reps

you continue until you get to 1 5 pump burpees and 10 dips and then go up the pyramid in reverse until you end up where you started which was 10 5 pumps and 1 dip.
