10 2 pump burpees with 2 squat chaser
10 3 pump burpees with 3 squat chaser
10 4 pump burpees with 4 squat chaser

Go until you reach 10 7 pump burpees with 7 squat chaser and then go back down the pyramid.

*1 minute of 1lb jump rope between each set
