500 FLASH SERIES- BUILD YOUR WHEELS

5 burpees, 10 pushups , 10 squats every minute on the minute for 50 minutes.
This was tough , had to drop to 3 burpees the last rounds.

500 pushups , 500 squats everyday for 2 weeks.
