500 FLASH SERIES- BECOME A FATIGUE RESISTANT

The Wolf EMOM- 12 pushups, 12 squats every minute on the minute (720 pushups & squats)

Decided to put in some extra work so instead of 500, I leaned in and did 720 of pushups and squats .

60 minutes of 12 pushups and 12 squats on the minute every minute .

500 pushups , 500 squats everyday for 2 weeks.
