How we do a chest workout in the Marines 馃敟
A quick and vicious routine that I do in the Marines.
10 dips,
10 6 count burpees,
10 push-ups,
Then next is 9 Reps of each then 8, 7,6,…1 you can go back up the pyramid and it will give you a 100 reps.
For a quick super pump 10 down to 1 with minimal rest will give you an insane pump and strength stamina in your upper body.
