I started with these as a young Marine, I would do hundreds and hundreds of reps on my own time, try to get better, sharpening my axe, yelling out the numbers behind the barracks while everyone was out partying and having a good time. Better for me, while they party I work in the end it will show.

The 8 count body builders is an EIGHT count movement, which means you bust down and count each rep.
