🔥 My new favorite workout — right way to gain mass doing burpees 💪

200 3-pump burpees, every 10 reps you do 1 10-pump burpee.
The 10 pump burpee doesn’t count towards the rep count while doing the workout.
Total should be 200 3 pumps, 20 10-pumps, totaling 800 pushups. Throwing in 10 pumps into the mix is a game changer.
