This was painful (Proper Weight Vest Training)
I have always been a fan of weight vest routines, they make you stronger and help you save time. It reminds me of the days I used to workout with my body armor at forward operating bases in Afghanistan.
Todays workout was 30 1 pump burpees, strict military style with the following exercises for 30 reps after each set :
Squats, lunges, 4 count flutter kicks, leg raises, 4 count hello dollies, backward lunge and ab wheel馃挭馃徎
