The workout, 5 rounds: 2 min 3/4lb jump rope, 20 8-count burpees
‼️ Combining jump roping and 8 count burpees is one hell of a workout. I used the 3/4 lb jump rope which is my all time favorite, a perfect balance of weight and speed. Doing the 8-count burpees after the rope and SOUNDING OFF 馃棧️ gives you a conditioning boost like never before.
