Full Warmup into Workout (Marine Warmup and PT for beginners and busy people) 💪
The first part is the warm up, never stretch your body cold, so mobility and dynamic movements first. The first part of the video you see me going through a series of warmups starting from upper body down to the lower body.
The workout portion is simple, 5 rounds : 12 reps of 6-count burpees and squats (do them slow), followed by a series of dynamic warmups, then 5 rounds of : 12 reps of 6-count burpee, 12 4 count flutter kicks. We throw in 30 8-count burpees and 30 8count body builders with core work in the mix.
