Marine Body Armor Routine from the Afghan War💪

With 20lb vest :
50 8 count body builders, 50 leg raises
50 8 count body builders, 50 walking lunges
50 8 count body builders, 50 4 count flutter kicks
50 8 count body builders, 50 squats

I used to do this work out with body armor when I was forward deployed during two of my tours in Afghanistan.
