Scaling:
If you are not proficient at walking on your hands, perform 1-2 wall walks per 25-ft handstand walk. Add 1-2 wall walks each round. Modify to a plank position shoulder tap, if needed. Modify the L pull-up to a knee tuck strict pull-up, regular strict pull-up in a hollow-body position, or a banded pull-up.
Intermediate option / Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Run 200 meters
25-ft handstand walk
5 strict L pull-ups, knees bent
