10 dumbbell snatches
5 strict handstand push-ups

♂ 50-lb dumbbell, 30-inch box

Coaching cues:
On the strict handstand push-ups, focus on lowering your head into the proper tripod position and keep your quads, glutes, and abdominals tight throughout the rep.
