Today's workout was a 20 Down Rep scheme that included push-ups and bodyweight squats.
We did 20 Push-ups immediately followed by 20 Squats and continued all the way down to 1 rep of each.
20 Down Push-ups and 20 Down Squats gave us a total of 420 Reps
*Then performed 2 Sets of Burpees : 5 pump to 1 pump and then 1 pump to 5 pump
We also performed 2 more sets of 15 Squats
This brought our total to 480 Reps
In order to reach 500 Reps, we finished the routine with 10 push-ups and 10 squats.
Prior to starting the routine, we did 500 Reps with a weighted jump rope (5 sets 100 reps w/15-sec rest intervals)
