Most people look at the “Death By” workouts and say that they don’t allow for enough reps. Here’s a stat to counter that argument: 465. That’s how many pull up you’d do if you got to minute 30 of this workout.
Directions:
Start a timer, and do 1 pull up during minute one. Do 2 pull up during minute two, 3 pull up during minute three, and so on, until you’re all out of pushups.
