The workout has three levels:
Beginners: Perform 5 rounds as fast as possible of 3 Man Makers and 7 Burpees
Intermediate: Perform 5 rounds as fast as possible of 5 Man Makers and 10 Burpees
Advanced: Perform 5 rounds as fast a possible of 10 Man Makers and 20 Burpees
** NOTE: if you don't have DB's for Man Makers, Do a Navy Seal Burpee how sub's the Man Makers
